2010-08-26 The United Nations Millennium Campaign, jointly with partner organisations, launched the Stand Up Take Action 2010 movement in the capital recently. With only five years left of the 2015 MDG deadline, the Campaign called for united action to prioritise MDGs and increase efforts to realise them.

2010-06-28 The MDGs Legacy March was inaugurated by keynote address given by Afioga Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi, Chairman of the Samoa Rugby Union & Prime Minister of Samoa. The march was organized to promote awareness about the status of MDGs in the Pacific Islands.

2010-06-28 Mr. Ashok Bharti from the National Confederation of Dalit Organisations (NACDOR) hands over: ‘Millennium Development Goals and Dalits in Bihar: A Status Report’ to Mr. Mukul Wasnik, Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment. A team from NACDOR met the Minister to share the outcomes of a ‘Policy Dialogue on Inclusive Economy’, which was attended by 13 key leaders of different political parties, including the Indian National Congress.
